Short version: Money grabbing place with constant rotation of new dentists. Within 3 visits, I saw 3 new people. Even as you read the reviews, lots of different dentists mentioned.

Longer version: We absolutely loved this place when they first opened up. Dr. Michael was the best! But then it was sold to a company/corporation and it has been terrible ever since. There is no more actual customer service, relationships, or patient care. They only care about the money and the prices have increased dramatically. We will never be back now that we found another place that does believe in those values.

I was pleasantly greeted by the front office staff. The hygienist, Allison, and dentist, Dr. Nguyen, were both very thorough and informative. Everything they were doing was explained and a treatment plan was presented in detail, but not overwhelming. Pleasant music was playing and I was relaxed and understood everything. I hadn’t been to a dentist in a long while and there was no judgement whatsoever. They really care about their patients.

Absolute con artists, overcharged for a cleaning supposedly over 1000$ to do a cleaning, claimed they only bill insurance as a “courtesy” and have sent multiple bogus bills claiming I owed them money which finally stopped for a month or two only to be sent a new bogus bill for over 700$ with no reasoning at all. AVOID this office at all costs they will overbill constantly in the hopes you will just pay the bill without looking into it
