Kingsley has great customer service and friendly staff. They are knowledgeable and have helped me keep my teeth clean and straight. I’ve done my cleanings here, braces, and at one point had my son here. The issues that led me to a 3 star rating are these. First is they put a permanent retainer on the inside of my bottom set of teeth. I hated it and came back within a week to get it removed. It’s been months now and I still have this film from where the permanent retainer was. This is not a cleanliness issue as I’ve only had one partial cavity in 2016, I believe. The second was the filling of my teeth without my consent. When you have no clue what is going on in your mouth and multiple objects in your mouth, it can be hard to question what’s happening. Third ties into number as they fail to go over all that’s to occur on your visit. My kids are at a pediatric dentist now. I still come to Kingsly but I have to speak up more and advocate for myself.

We are grateful that, though it is our first time to visit their clinic and we don’t have an appointment, one of their Filipina staff talked to us and accommodated us.

They are friendly, they talk nicely, and Doc. Fernandez is approachable and explains well what needs to be done. Actually, I’m scared of going to the dentist because of my past experience. I want to have someone to trust who is not just focused on creating money but also has concerns for their patients. I’m in pain at that time, so we try to experience the service that they have because one of my husband’s coworkers recommended it to us. And we have had a good experience so far.

I and my husband were satisfied with our first visit to them. And I look forward to having more good experiences with them. We are thankful to them for accommodating us. And helping me to ease the pain that I have in that moment.

I switched from Western Dental and am very happy. Kind and efficient staff. Very accommodating with scheduling. The dentist took her time to explain things and answer questions. I appreciate that they don’t try to upsell you on expensive products (that have poor/no evidence behind them).
