The staff are always welcoming and genuinely appear to be happy to see you. They are always helpful and accommodating when unexpected changes need to be made to appointments – life happens. I have found the dentists amazing with children and adults who have some anxiety about going to the dentist, due to past bad experiences. How wonderful it is to feel that someone is actually listening and has a solution to a concern or the ability (patience) to work with you to get through any problem or concern.
If you are looking for a new practice or just wanting a change the team at Kitchener St Dental are well worth looking into.

Quality of service gone downhill since Dr Franks owned this clinic. Constant turnover of staff, including some amazing dentists!!. Lack of management and leadership is present. This clinic would have had at least seven practice managers in the last five years! Common knowledge that dental assistants looking for work avoid this clinic and leave quickly. The entire clinic is under video surveillance like Big Brother. If you respect your privacy, then don’t go here! It is a shame to see the decline of what was once “the” dental clinic to go to.

Don’t take your family here. I have signed permission for my records to be released so I could get urgent dental work. They wouldn’t release my records in a timely way, because they had to get it approved by the principal dentist who’s never seen me, or my mouth and couldn’t because he was on a holiday. I was also bombarded with emails and texts to complete a pre visit questionnaire. I had filled it out first message. This automatic messaging/emailling is upsetting. You’re not a person, just a number at this practice.
