I was looking to switch dentist. Just prior to calling Klement. I called another Dentist closer to my house. The person who answered at that business was rude from start to finish. When I called Klement I had the opposite experience. The person who answered the phone was cheerful, patient, and able to answer all my questions. My experience in the office today was much the same. Everyone was friendly, they were on time for my appointment, they did their best to make me comfortable, explained everything thoroughly including out of pocket costs, and had amusing Animal videos playing, which was calming.

I have been going to Klement Family Dental for a few years now and each time has been enjoyable. The front staff has always been friendly and accommodating. The dentists are knowledgeable and are happy to teach you proper brushing and flossing techniques that I think most of us haven’t been taught. I am honest to my dentist about my lack of flossing and he doesn’t make me feel bad about it, instead he taught me a technique that reduces pain in my gums. It has always been a great experience every time I have gone in and i would absolutely recommend it.

I had not been to a dentist in three years and was so anxious about going. Going to Klement is the best decision I have ever made. The front desk staff is bright, helpful and always thinking one step ahead. The office is clean and beautiful. My hygienist Erika not only made me feel seen and heard but cared for. She taught me so much in just one visit and was so gentle but very thorough. I feel empowered and in control of my dental health. Thank you Dr. Jacob, admin staff and my angel Erika!
