Overall, most of my experiences were great until this week. Had dental emergency caused by prior work that they had performed by Knightsbridge. No doctor was available until a week or so out and was recommending that I go to a specialist which would of require significant amount of money. Referral was given without dental examination of the trouble area. Had to seek another provider while waiting to get into their office. Long story made short, turns out no major surgery was required or other recommendations that the office had suggested. It was a bad filling that was not properly done which if let until schedule appointment would have become infected which was I told by new office and resulted in a root canal. Since tooth was filled prior, insurance would not cover had to pay out of pocket. I was instructed by other office that Knightsbridge should have corrected the problem or reimbursed service since no doctor was available address the need. Office has refused to do so. Poor customer service, and will not recommend.

If you are looking for a new dentist, then you have found them! I was recently referred by a friend, and I’m so glad I went. If I would have known how comfortable they were going to make me feel, I wouldn’t have put off going to the dentist for so long! Can’t say I am looking forward to getting a filling, but this team of professionals will happily answer all your questions and put your nerves at ease. (The massage chair helps too ). I’m not sure anyone is ever excited to go to the dentist but these ladies really make you feel so comfortable. I actually fell asleep during a cavity filling!! that’s how gentle they were 🙂
