First came here when they opened and recently had another appointment. This dentist is absolutely amazing. The environment of both the people and the building is so calming. Everyone is so friendly and helpful!

Jordan is amazing dentist who is very considerate, listens to your concerns and pain and puts your worries at ease. He is very thorough and gentle. I can’t believe the contrast of my past experiences to now, its truly a huge difference both in how I feel physically and mentally.

Going to the dentist use to bring me so much anxiety,but now I’m excited to go to the dentist and excited for my children to as well. If you have autistic children this place is going to understand and will do their very best to accommodate. They are up to date on information have current technology and it really shows! They are masters at what they do, and truly beyond that because of their personalities. Jordan really has a great attitude, and the lovely Rachelle as well. All of the people here are great. 🙂 im still getting to know everyone’s names haha.

I will say if you visit here you won’t regret it..and not all dentist will take coverage. I am so thankful I can use it here and get the best care possible.

I’ll also add, when I saw my filling after I was amazed at what a great job Jordan did. I had fillings over filled in the past that caused me issues and lead to my tooth being removed. Jordan not only matched the filling perfectly blending it so I can’t even tell its a filling but took the time to make sure it felt right when I bit down. Seeing how much of an improvement my tooth had has given me confidence for fixing more teeth.

Today was my first visit with Knox Mountain Dentistry. The staff was so kind, professional and very helpful. They took their time to answer all my questions & exceeded my expectations. I had Anna as my Hygienist whom was so kind and GREAT at what she does. For the Dentist I seen Dr. Lindsay Balfour who was very educated, shared so much knowledge with me and so kind. I really liked how they thoroughly went over everything with me and showed me on there AMAZING technology they have hooked up in this office. It blew my mind! I feel very confident moving my entire family to this office for great trustworthy & healthy oral care. The front office staff were very kind and super helpful as well. It appears they have a solid team with smiles all around and I NOTICED. Appreciate you all! Keep up the good team work as team it was a great first impression and experience. 🙂

I had the absolute best experience with Dr. Jordan, Sydney, Madisen, Amy and the rest of the team at Knox Mountain Dentistry.

Throughout the years I’ve been to a couple different dental clinics and this one is by far the best. I was scheduled to get a couple cavities filled after my cleaning and I was shocked in the best way possible.

I’ve always enjoyed going to the dentist but a couple years ago I had a bad experience with another dentist in town. I was a little nervous going in for these fillings but they nailed it. My visit was so quick, pain free, clean and efficient.

If you or any of your family and friends are nervous when it comes to dental visits, or just need a new dentist, this is the place for you. The team is so friendly, welcoming and professional.

Would give them 10 stars if I could.
