Walk in to ask a question to get some help for wisdom tooth pulled.
1st waited for 8 min before anyone came to the front desk.
2nd looked the paper I had in my hand and said we don’t take these.
My response was that’s not my question
Then just brushed me off.
Are you the secretary needs to get some schooling on how to treat people or maybe a refresher course of some sort the pain and agony I am in thanks for nothing I wouldn’t advise anybody to go here

I have been a patient of Dr Kong for many years. I have never had any trouble with any of the work he has done. I have never felt that he was insisting work that I didn’t need. The staff has always been very friendly. I was the first of my family to go to Dr Kong and now everyone has become his patient. We have all been happy with his work. The receptionist is the sweetest lady. Always happy and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Kong.
