This Dentist had only seen me once in 31/2 years! And I was paying for private dental care

But he was very happy to take my money! And still has not made any effort to refund me.

They kept Cancelling my appointments, it happened “four times” just days before my consultations with the dentist were about to happen….

monies had already taken although no treatment was received.

This behaviour started after my first consultation.

Only when I complained about this would be the fourth time my appointments where cancelled, the receptionist hung up on me, so I rang back to apologise that we must’ve got cut off and she hung up on me again …

A appointment was then offered for the dentist and the hygienist to see me on the same day, to take place a few weeks later.

turned up at my appointment 10 minutes early

Introduce myself, said that I had an appointment with the dentist, then the hygienist giving the times and my name!

I waited 20 minutes then the hygienist called me in and I said oh, will the dentist still see me if I see the hygienist 1st

To my horror…..
and the dentist didn’t even work on that day and never worked on that day , so it was the receptionist playing games with me.

There was never an appointment that I was supposed to take place with the Dentist . I showed her the text on my phone and they put it down to the text company making mistakes…. so of course I was annoyed why didn’t she say anything when I introduced myself at the beginning?

Then I received a letter they made allegations that I was rude and offensive to his staff so struck me off from the practice oh and said I only had PS10.00 credit….. who can see a dentist for 10.00 what a con …..

After telling my friends I’m not the first to have experienced this unprofessional practice . friends have also left Kordel for the same reason.

But I would follow the hygienist which ever practice she worked in because she is absolutely fabulous. Completely different kettle of fish. I wish you well in your career.

Did not have a good experience when going to this dentist.
I went for. A Invisalign consultation to get a wider straighter smile.
I had a lot of teeth taken out as a small child but can not remember which.
When the dentist looked at my teeth I was told I will never have a normal looking smile because of the ones I had removed as a child. And would there for in his words ‘you will never have a nice smile’ and ‘you will never have a normal looking smile’
I can honestly say I walked out feeling the most down and insecure about my teeth then I ever have.

Really poor service . Took 3 monthly payments of PS17.50 plus the joint fee of PS85. Wanted a bridge cemented back in wich fell out 3 days later . Made another appointment for it to be done properly only for them to cancel at the last minute. Receptionist was rude an really unhelpful . Can’t Evan talk to a manager.
