DO NOT COME HERE!!!

To start off with appointment waited over two hours for my husbands scheduled and confirmed appointment. When recieving treatment (cleaning) assistant was sick and coughing while his mouth was open; even stated to dentist yoon she had came down with the flu. Mid way she just walked out coughing never returning and left my husband to hold her equipment assisting Dentist Yoon. The filling was left uneven and was not flossed threw, making bite unchewable. It was so uneven and overly filled closing mouth was painful. There was lots of filling residue all over mouth, teeth and even swallowed.

The professionalism was by far a 0. Before treatment in waiting area you sign papers basically stating you do not authorize treatment unless confirmed and discussed aswell as take responsibility and agree to pay for all work done by dentist. The dentist Ms.Yoon immediately started setting up for another treatment in which wasn’t even discussed yet. Speaking poor English; We stopped her and refused for her additional unexplained or discussed treatment then what we initially spoke to the assistant and what we came in for. She even tried to sell us on braces. Please note: Came in for a filling for a Cavity.

A Day later we called to have her file/sand down the tooth she worked on, looking at it the work was messy and overly filled. It was not allowing my husband to eat they said there was no availability. He couldn’t eat for 4 days as he went in that day as requested by there staff on an empty stomach.

We are to believe he had poisoning from swallowing , ingesting and breathing all those harmful and toxic harsh chemicals. My husband went to his physician and hospital over three times now. With metal Taste in mouth Developing anxiety, muscle weakness, tremors, heart palpitations. I would not refer anyone here.

In the end: We ended up going to another dentist paying cash to remove all her work done. We correctly and professionally had his dentristy needs.

I went to my appointment with a lot of pain and The front staff Elba and Sylvia made me feel very welcome and assured me that I was gonna get good taken care of with Dr .
Great thing is dr speaks English and Spanish she made me feel really happy when she said she will make sure to do whatever she can to save my teeth . I explained to dr that another office had diagnosed me with a complete denture . After looking at my X-rays dr assured me that I would still have a great smile and will take care of me by saving my teeth. Not only that but the back office help me relax by attending me and checking up on me to see if I was ok . I already set up my next appointment to continue treatment . I had a great experience so I would recommend this office to friends and family:)

This is a 5+ Dental office. Dr. Yoon goes above and beyond to take care of you. She is Caring, Knowledgeable and the office staff is just awesome. They’re very friendly, helpful and greet you by name as you walk in.
