Completely unprofessional, the dentists are always yelling at the one dental assistant that is running between rooms. So much so she disappears for a long periods of tine and the dentist waits for her return or tries to continue without help making the whole process sloppy. Dental tools rusted which makes me question their sanitation. Not properly trained to use new technology which causes some I’ll effects. Very disorganized which led me to wait over an hour for an appointment I had l, they promised I would be the last person and would take their time with me. Followed by my treatment being rushed for another patient to the point where the dentist came back in the room 10- 15 minutes later and exclaimed that is forgot about me.(I was dazed from them ripping the nitro oxide off my face without letting me have oxygen to clear the nitro oxide (normal procedure in with other dental practitioners)). I left there with my mouth not closing due to uneven fillings, 2 pairs of teeth fused by filling which I couldn’t floss, and pieces of composite braking apart in my mouth for the next couple of days and 3 pairs of teeth with exaggerated amount of space between them (I feel like a cartoon character that can floss out a chicken bone due to the amount of space between my teeth). I would say this place is the reason why people have anxiety from dentists. All teeth that they worked on are still very painful even after a month of waiting for the “pain will subside” as they said it would.
When I consulted, I felt welcomed and very comfortable in the friendly yet competent atmosphere.
The dentist took his time to explain all of my options as well as the pros and cons of the procedures involved which gave me even more confidence in him.
During the procedure, I noticed that he had such a gentle touch that I decided to change dentist for good right then.
I have but the highest recommendation for this dental clinic.
I am very pleased and satisfied with both the professional and personal care given to me.
