Lady Bay have been absolutely amazing. I made an emergency appointment and they were able to fit me in with the best care possible. I went to a different dentist first in North Warrnambool who was no help at all and sent me home without treatment. Huge shout out to Dr Khan and his assistants who went above and beyond to help me, with my total fear, feel relaxed and not as anxious. Not only was he patient and kind, I received a follow up phone call the next day to see how I was doing after my proceedure. I cannot recommend this clinic enough and it will now be my family dentist.

This is my first time and the last time to use this clinic. I went there to have a regular check up. I told them I came to have the regular check up, which costs less than $70. But they did a lot of things without notice of price like taking scan and useless cleaning my teeth. Actually, they found that my all tooth are good and no need to treat. Finally, they asked me just less than $300 on the day. But, when they found my face a bit loss, they discount $10 friendly. They ripped me off. Never use this clinic in my life.

Another dentist in Warrnambool said he needed root canal treatment and 16 fillings!!!! Quoted $1350+ all 16 fillings!!!!!
At Lady Bay, we were seen on time, all staff were courteous and professional…. said he needed 2 fillings which they did and bulk billed. Would highly recommend this practice….
