Hands down the BEST service I have ever received from a dentist, period. As soon as I walked in they took care of me as a walk in. And I was seen within 10 minutes. They had a special for only $30 that included my consultation and xrays. I have never been lucky enough to get a great price like that at a dentist before. I don’t have dental insurance so it definitely helped. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. And both dentists took care of all of my concerns. I came out of the office with so much peace of mind because every single one of my concerns was taken care of and I was referred out where I needed to be. The dentist even went back to give me a sticky note and I left with a little piece of paper with all the information I needed regarding my visit and future visits. Little things like that show me that they care about my concerns. I wish i lived in California to make them my permanent dental office.
I cracked my tooth right before Christmas. Our regular dentist stopped carrying our insurance and was on holiday. I was in incredible pain. My husband called 7 dentists to see if anyone could fit me in to no avail. He finally called Laguna Springs Dental. The gal that answered the phone was so courteous and concerned and got me in that day. Dr. Albik was kind, thorough and professional. He saved the holidays for me! I was so impressed with the entire staff. Had a follow up appointment today and had the same great care as before. My husband and I are so happy to find a dental office that cares!
This was my very first visit / appointment with Laguna Spring Dental office. My Dental Hygienist, Glazel, was absolutely professional. Explained everything she was doing. She had a really nice personality. Dr. Sato was personable, professional as well, took the time to explain his concerns about some of my teeth. First impression was a lasting impression. I simply liked this place! My family has all switch to this dental office…..they have a winning team and their morale was very high.
