I’m a former patient. I went in for a routine cleaning and suddenly he finds a few cavities that need to be filled. My previous dentist said everything was fine (6 months prior), but of course dr ballis wanted to do a drilling and filling procedure. I’ve had this kind of work done before but I’ve never pain months after seeing a dentist. The dental hygienist aggressively asked me “would you like braces or Invisalign?” A very aggressive question to someone who is not considering either option. My fiance also went in to see dr ballis and he “found a cavity.” She brushes religiously hasn’t had a cavity ever. He was also inattentive to what she had to say about another concern she had but he was focused on the specific procedure he wanted to do. I gave two stars because they did well cleaning my teeth.

I was blown away with my experience from the moment I walked into their gorgeous office! The team is so pleasant and go out of their way to work with your schedule efficiently. My cleaning was very thorough and enjoyable! The warm towel finish is always a pleasurable experience. They don’t over diagnose and I am happy about this since I am on a somewhat tight budget. Thank you for taking the stress out of dental visits 🙂

I take my entire family to Dr. Ballis. The office staff are polite, and the office is clean. Dr. Ballis is extremely friendly, and the supporting staff is very careful and nice.
