I’m usually quite scared of going to the dentist because of bad experiences I’ve had in the past. However, Dr. Nathaniel and his assistant were able to create a calm and pleasant environment that helped me to relax. During my appointment, he described the work that needed to be done and provided different options, including alternative prices and solutions for the problem he found. The best dentist in Pakenham. I have a severe fear of dentists and haven’t been for 7 years, I did my research and chose lakeside and I’m so thankful I did. Dr Jessica especially, she is absolutely amazing, she is caring and empathetic and just makes you feel so comfortable and listens to you. Plus all the dental nurses are friendly and lovely. They have definitely helped my fear of dentists and will confine to go back for my yearly checkups. Thank you

Wonderful dental facility, greeted by the very lovely receptionist Jess. Previously seen by the very caring Dr Jessica who puts you at ease & so caring. Recent visit seen to by Nathanael Khoo who was great, talking throughout the procedure (dreaded extraction) & how it was going while checking in on patient ensuring doing OK. So good to have so many wonderful dentists to choose from whom make the dental experience sooooo much better
