We adore Lakeside Family Dentistry so much! Our beloved dentist (I, Dana, was his patient since I was a child!) retired a few years ago. We followed our favorite hygienist, Rita, over to this practice, and we are so happy! We’ve seen both Dr. Rick and Dr. Travis, and we love them both! Recently, I cracked a molar on a Friday afternoon! Quite concerned, I called and talked to Melissa. She was able to add me to the schedule with just 20 minutes’ notice! Dr. Travis and Julie stayed with me (again, on a Friday afternoon!) to help with a temporary crown. This amazing team consistently exceeds our expectations! From the moment you enter the office the receptionists, Melissa and Kris, provide a cheerful greeting to checkout it is always a pleasant appointment. Diana is an excellent dental hygienist. Dr. Rick has been taking good care of my dental health for close to 30 years. I’ve seen Dr. Travis a few times over the past few years as well. When I had a pain issue come up shortly before vacation last year, Dr. Travis got it quickly resolved before my trip. I’m very happy with both doctors, Linda, who keeps my smile squeaky clean and Kris and Melissa who make everything easy and handle everything with insurance so I don’t have to.
