I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lakeside Family Dental for a routine cleaning, and I must say, their professionalism and friendly service left a lasting impression. Christie, the dental hygienist, did an exceptional and thorough job cleaning my teeth, going above and beyond to ensure my gum health was in top shape. Unlike my previous experiences, where my former dentist would only complete half the work and schedule a follow-up appointment weeks later, Lakeside Family Dental valued my time by efficiently completing the job in one visit.

I can’t commend Christie enough for her attention to detail and insightful advice on maintaining optimal oral health. Moreover, Alessandro, the dentist, demonstrated remarkable professionalism and knowledge during my visit. He took the time to ask pertinent questions, actively listened to my concerns and needs, and provided invaluable advice tailored to my dental journey.

For the first time, I feel hopeful about my dental care, knowing that Alessandro and the team at Lakeside Family Dental have my best interests at heart. My first experience here a few years ago was very pleasant. The receptionists are always kind and gave a friendly atmosphere. However my most recent visit was quite disappointing. My wisdom teeth were giving me issues and Dr. Alex told me it was urgent that I get them out as soon as possible & sent me to get CBCT. Honestly, the way he said it was alarming to me and I went to get my CBCT the next day, even paid for the report to be expedited…. 1 week later, no news…. another week passes by..still nothing. I called them to follow-up, and they didn’t even realize my report was available. The receptionist said he was in that day and she put the report on his desk and he’d call me back….2 days later still no news. – so how “urgent” was it?

After all the money they’ve charged and the little result/lack of care, I gave up and went to another place. Best decision ever. Got my teeth cleaned (free for new patients) & had a complimentary consultation for my wisdom teeth removal on the same day. The attention and care to make sure you’re comfortable as a patient goes a long way.

Janet Bogdan…..not John this time. Dr. Cohen is the best dentist I have had in my 71 years. I have been going to him for years !!!! I travel from Etobicoke to Burlington for the best treatment ever. I never feel the freezing needle. I never felt the 2 root canals I had on my last visit. He was able to rebuild my 2 teeth and I was able to stop wearing a mask in public. Happy girl 🙂 I recommend Dr. Michael Cohen for any dental work. Spread the word to all your friends.
Dr. Alex is great too when Dr. Cohen is not there. The staff are great, very pleasant and helpful as I am a huge (chicken).
