I’ve been going to this dental office for less a year. I am very happy with the staff and the quality of service I am getting.

it’s too bad they don’t have direct billing. Dental expenses are quite high, and even though insurance reimburses quickly, it’s still a hassle to put everything through your credit card.

Appointment booking is a bit old fashioned. all by phone… would love to be able to confirm appointment by sms. or even just get an email. I also find annoying that they keep trying to reschedule my appointment because of a lack of staff on their end.

And lastly, most dental offices offer goodies bag with brand name toothbrush and toothpaste and this is non existent in this office.

The dental staff are wonderful and they are up on the latest of treatments which is a real plus. The admin staff needs to be more on top of things. I had an appointment scheduled, but when I showed up, the office did not have it in their books and did not have another time that worked with my schedule. They were to call back when they had a cancellation and 3 months later I am still waiting to hear from them! I would be sorry to have to look for another dentist because of the admin staff .

When I first moved back to my hometown I stopped in to ask if Lakeview would take my husband and I on as patients. Now my mom, daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandbabies all come here. The friendly and courteous staff are very helpful with our appointments and scheduling. The dentists, hygienists and other dental staff are amazing. The equipment and techniques are top of the line and cutting edge. We couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this dental facility for all ages.
