Disgusting! Had a Telehealth appointment to get a repeat script, she said would send later that day. Received a script at 11.50pm that night but was not for the correct medication. Called the clinic the next day, they told me to call the day after which I did but was told I would have to wait another week for an appointment. I needed the script as had nothing left & the medication makes me ill if just stopped suddenly. No compassion from staff at Lalor Plaza clinic. Asked if another doctor could send me the script, was told no & I would have to go somewhere else to get it. I have been a patient at Lalor Plaza clinic for 50 years! All my records & history were there but no effort whatsoever to try help me. So disappointed & disgusted. I will not be going back there ever again!
I had a medical appointment this morning at Lalor Plaza clinic and saw Dr Bikash Choudhury. I always find him friendly , thorough and professional. He is softly spoken and polite , and didn’t rush me along , taking the necessary time to do the examination and provide relevant information re my condition . The reception ladies are also fantastic and always try and accomodate patients with their appointment requirements.
Very disappointing when you have been attaending a clinic for 40 years and then you can’t get an appointment because the doctors are not taking new patients. I have seen most of the doctors at this clinic at some point and to say I am a new patient is just ridiculous. Will never go to this clinic again even though it is around the corner.
