I was nervous going into a new dentist office. But that was quickly alleviated with all the very friendly staff and doctors. They were very friendly and professional. The staff seem to get along seamlessly helping each other out. Dr. White’s bed side manner was beyond amazing. She is a people person and talked to me as a person and not a patient. The staff showed and explained the cost of the bill in a complete breakdown. Checking out was as smooth as checking in. I highly recommend this dentistry office. The only issue I had was all the open rooms. I am sure there is a good reason for them but just a little overwhelming hearing everything going on.
Karen was very pleasant, kind, and able to provide me with a same day appointment; great customer service. Melissa was also very pleasant treated me with great patient care, took her time explaining details and answering my questions. Dr. Glavich has awesome bedside manner, gentle tone, very detailed explanation of the information. Presented me with several different options for my dental plan going forward. Brittany was a breath of fresh air. Very pleasant, kind, and also explained my options for making my up coming appointments.
