Dropped into Latrobe Family Dental for the first time as I’m being new to the neighbourhood.
I was utterly blown away by the attentiveness, and high level of clinical care by my Oral Hygienist Su Wei. I must admit I have never been a fan of oral clean because of the inevitable pain. Su managed to overturn my prejudice very quickly by giving me the first painless oral check up and clean in my life!
This experience was then topped off by an incredible Invisalign consultation with Dr Rizwan. His profound knowledge in cosmetic dentistry was really impressive. I was so at ease throughout the appointment as I knew I was left in the best hands, and I am so looking forward to my new smile!

Ps the ceiling mounted TV and the modern look-and-feel of the clinic have also made this a remarkable visit. Good job
Today was my first time visiting the Family dental clinic and I can’t fault it 1 bit.
Leah the lady at the front counter was very welcoming and lovely.
I had simon and his assistant Shelby. They were both amazing Simon made me feel very comfortable so did Shelby she knew I was very nervous and my anxiety was at peak once Simon had explained and given me 2 options to choose from, I started my 1st root canal treatment and i couldn’t believe i felt no pain or discomfort at all which made it a pleasure actually being there to start the ball rolling getting my teeth fixed up before braces. I’ll definitely be back and only be going here for all my dental work now safe to say I have found a dentist I love going to which I didn’t think id ever say that in a million years.

I’m new to the area and this was the second dental clinic that I have gone to in eight months, and I’m definitely glad I came to this one. Today, I went in for my first tooth extraction, and was very nervous. But Dr Lucy and Shelby were a true delight. Everything was explained to me in detail (very much appreciated) and Dr Lucy was so caring and gentle. My experiences was 5 and I’ll definitely be back for more treatments. Highly recommended.
