My experience with this company was disappointing. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of customers by pushing unnecessary services, claiming they were “recommended” to help pay the bills. As a business, they should prioritize serving customers genuinely instead of attempting to profit at our expense. The lack of consideration for hard-earned money is concerning, and I believe they need to reassess their business practices.
Furthermore, the customer service was disappointingly rude, lacking the personal touch one would expect when dealing with clients. Overall, my encounter with this company left much to be desired, and I hope they take this feedback seriously to improve their approach towards customers.
Over the years I have visited several dental facilities, and have felt a sense of unease based upon negative experiences.
Since becoming a regular at Dr. Lily and Associates these feelings quickly abated and I now can describe my attitude as one of equanimity.
From reception to waiting room to treatment facility it has been first class overall every visit. No discomfort of any kind.
They are excellent.
