Reviews:
I attended this clinic with high hopes after meeting a lovely Dental Assistant for the initial consultation. This was supposed to be followed by an initial meeting with the Principal dentist that was to carry out my treatment. To my surprise, I was informed I had to first pay a fee as a ‘new patient’, to be seen by another dentist at the practice, for an initial check, scale and polish. In order to meet with the Principal dentist, before I could START the orthodontic treatment.

The Principal dentist requested I attend two virtual meetings both in the evening. She even obtained consent to use my anonymised clinical photos in wider case discussions, which (in hindsight) appeared to have been part of her Masters course! After attending a number of meetings and being made to wait on tenterhooks, the dentist eventually informed me that, she was unable to carry out my treatment; as it was beyond the scope of her expertise.

I was misled and I am very disappointed by this experience. The practice manager was exceptionally dismissive and refused to refund me monies paid.

Fortunately, I have found a perfect orthodontic centre that is able to carry out my treatment. And will never return to this one.

*UPDATE*: There are many dental practices that seem to be primarily motivated by monetary gain and hidden fees (however large or small). The Principal Dentist shared that she lacked the skill set to carry out the treatment, after I was told the treatment would be going ahead and after I was encouraged to sign up as a patient and pay the fee. The Clinics response (below), really does miss the mark and fails to acknowledge that my complaint was due to a matter of principle; having been misled by them, the inconvenience of patiently waiting for the Principal Dentists limited availability and eventually not having the treatment etc.

This review should remain visible, because at the very least it successfully demonstrates to prospective patients, how they too could be dismissively handled by Leamington Road Dental Practice.

I’ve seen Priyesh for years now for various aesthetic treatments and there is always such a warm welcome from everyone at the practice. Priyesh is very professional, knowledgeable and with a side dose of good humour! Priyesh puts his patients first and will always give honest guidance on treatments even if it means not having them. My mum and husband have also visited the practice after my recommendations and couldn’t fault it!

I recently had my composite bonding redone with Amrit (after going to another practice) and the confidence my new smile has given me I can’t put in words. Amrit and with the support from Olivia – transformed my smile! I’m a new mum so spending a couple of hours lying down, under a warm blanket and with lots of chit chat from Amrit and Olivia was lovely!

If you looking for a welcoming practice with a trusted and friendly team then Leamington Road Practice is the one.

Called them since glue on one of my retainers fell of – were talking about one tooth here.
They quoted me PS185 for an “emergency” appointment which would take place in… 2 weeks time.
It’s beyond wild for me since the procedure takes 10 minutes and I’ve done it before at different establishments for PS50, when my bottom retainer fell off.

I understand certain emergencies require extensive care and fixes, but for permanent retainer where no braces are there anymore it’s ridiculous.
