I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience I’ve had with this school of dentistry. I have high anxiety when it comes to the dentist and often put it off. Quite frankly I’d rather have my teeth fall out than go to the dentist but this experience was so different. Upon arriving there was such good energy. Even the receptionist who took my information was a sweetheart. When I met my student doctor Jackie she put my mind at ease. She was so sweet and explained every step of the way what she was doing. I mean this young lady even drew me pictures of my teeth to tell me what she was doing. I could not get over how professional yet charming she was. I had three separate appointments all just a few weeks apart. The process was so easy, so convenient, so relaxed. At the end of the day I just had this one sad tooth that I cracked and needed a filling but it looks beautiful now and I could not be happier. This establishment deserves a 10/10.

On February 23 2017 I paid lecom school of dental medicine 6,700 in full for a treatment plan to fix all my teeth . Around January 2018 my dentist wanted to rewrite my care plan as a charity case in which he explained I’d get around 3,000 back at completion. In short I went to over 40 appointments with 8 different dentist for over 4 years to end up with two different shade crowns and another crown that chipped and still missing teeth. My last appointment the dentist said I ran out of money on my account and would have to pay thousands more and then said they sent me a check for 17 dollars wich I never received

Cindy has been fantastic. Have been seeing for awhile now. Having extensive dental work done so probably won’t be done for another 8 to 9 months. However the Dr overseeing her today was awful. Dr. Fatica. He literally put his bare hands into my mouth to remove the blue bite stuff (unsure of clinical name) cutting my gum with his fingernail. Gross. If it wasn’t for all the great care I have already had there, it would be the last visit. Cindy is fantastic. Dr. Fatica is not.
