I will not return to this office. There was a huge lack of consistency in their services and staff and a lot of their communication is either nagging me incessantly or confusing and misleading. First visit, the receptionist present kept telling me 5-10 minutes, and after nearly an hour of waiting (they asked me to come early) I snapped and said that I would wait another 5 minutes and then I was going to leave. Voila, two minutes later, out came the hygienist. Cavity filled with female dentist= very easy, very careful and lots of communication. Cavity filled with male dentist=deeper filling followed by immense nerve pain for a week, this doctor told me I had a sinus infection and prescribed me antibiotics which I realized after leaving were useless because I know the difference between a sinus infection and actual pain. One appointment I missed due to a bad day at work, and when they told me I’d have to pay a last minute cancellation fee, I agreed, and then voila, the manager says no, it’s ok, we’ll wave that. They also sent me endless text messages to ask me to change my appointment times and repeatedly sent me text reminders as though that would help people to stop cancelling, well clearly it isn’t effective because if someone is depressed or stressed out and you send them too many texts, there’s nothing that will help them. So no thanks, I’m never coming back.

Everyone here that I have encountered makes this place such a welcoming location, I love everyone I’ve met here.

I have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to dentists but my experiences here getting 3 rounds of fillings (1 round of fillings a week basically) has been amazing.

I have also received no judgement for how bad my mouth became after years of neglect, which I truly appreciate as I already feel guilty for that and for letting my anxiety prevent me from going to a dentist for so long.

I’m not sure what his name is, but the dentist that has been working on my mouth has been very kind and understanding towards me. The assistant that helps him is very nice as well. I appreciate them so much.

I also got to have cartoons on in the background during my first round of fillings which despite almost being 18, was amazing.

I’ve been a client of Liberty Square Dental Clinic for more than 10 years now. I would start by saying that the clinic itself is so clean and elegant! The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. You can definitely ask them if you need to change your schedule and they are willing to work on it, which I really appreciate so much.

My dental hygienist is EMILY! She is my favorite and she is the best! All of them are really good. But I’ve been Emily’s client for more than 10 years now and I trusted her so much!

The doctors of Liberty Square are really professional!
