I have had such an amazing experience with the team at Lifestyle Dentistry since I switched over to them a few years ago. The staff here are knowledgeable, friendly, informative, clear, patient, considerate and they really care about their patients that come through the office. It shows in their focus and the time they take to work with you individually on your needs. Such great front desk staff to welcome you and help you!

Dr. Rootes is so clear when he’s explaining what procedure we’re doing and patient with my questions. When I went in for a few fillings, he and the staff member with him (sorry I don’t know all the different job titles but last visit was with Emily) were so quick and efficient. Felt like no time had passed and the pain was just gone. SO relieved!

I’ve always had problems taking care of my teeth and instead of just cleaning me up and sending me on my way, Danielle took the time to explain certain details and walk me through why my dental hygiene and gum health was not as great as it could be and what I could do to make it better. That included a conversation on different toothbrushes to try and flossing techniques so that I was getting the most out of my efforts. She’s an absolutely lovely person to be around and she keeps me in check. It makes trips to the dentist something to look forward to… never thought I’d say that!

There is no way you could ever find a more caring, accurate and comprehensive caring dentist than Dr Rootes. No idea where to start but he has transformed my mess of a mouth, and done it with so much understanding and compassion that it actually mind boggling. I have been to other dentists and spent untold $$ that was all for nothing. Thank you so much to you and the entire team! You have a practice that you should be proud of. I have always been treated with respect and not like a paycheck.

UPDATE: Once again, Dr. Rootes and his caring staff helped me out once again when one of my front teeth (work done elsewhere) literally fell apart, leaving me with no reason to smile. They added me to the cancelation list and walah, fixed! I can’t express the gratitude I have for the entire team! Thank you once again.

This is hands-down the best dental office I have ever been to. The entire approach to patient-centered care was phenomenal. Dr. Thompson took the time to build rapport, as well as to explain to me in detail the findings on all my xrays and photos. When an abscess was discovered behind one of my teeth and I was told I needed a root canal, he made sure to offer me a referral for a second opinion as well as further imaging. The entire approach went a long ways to building trust and confidence in his care, and setting me at ease. Going to the dentist is so often a negative experience for so many, it was really refreshing and encouraging to have such a supportive and caring experience here.
