Ebony (I know this is the correct spelling because she spelled it for me ) should not be interacting with patients because she is very condescending and rude! Even with her cute little voice! I requested that the dentist contact me in regard to my interaction with her. A call back will determine if I’ll be returning to this facility and/or referring any more patients. Your emails to your existing patients give instructions on how to request an appointment and per Ebony it’s incorrect which explains why no one ever calls back. I requested that she inform someone of this, and our conversation went left! I don’t appreciate that at all! When I told her I would just find a new office she told me that was fine and to have a good day! Most unprofessional interaction EVER!

The wait times have been horrible they have too many people booked at once I had to wait a hour for the dentist to come in and start treatment and for my other child who was getting braces they set up 3 different appointments to get them all installed. Who has time for that ! And when I asked why the dentist said they were short staffed and couldn’t put the bottom braces on at the same day. They are all nice but I don’t feel the service is what it should be

My experience was so smooth and fast, I didn’t realize that my extraction procedures on two teeth were finished. Great customer service, understanding, and willing to lend a helping hand. I will refer everyone that I know or hear about that needs some dental work done to Lindbergh Dental. I received above average care. Excellent service!!! I can’t thank them enough. Thank you!!!
