I just have to share my thoughts about my dentist appointment at Linden Dental at 790 Linden Ave., Rochester, NY. I had an appointment this week and it was quite extensive what I have done. I had two fillings, a crown and a tooth pulled. I go to Dr Erbling and her assistant Wendy. They are just wonderful. I’m just amazed at what they can do at their Office. They made the crown for me right in the office. I had a tooth pulled and I never felt any pain at all not even with a shot. I am so terrified of having a shot in my mouth and it was simple and never hurt me. Thank you Dr Erbling great job then Wendy drew Blood for me to put into the hole where my tooth was and did a great job never felt the needle at all then they packed that and the bone into the hole so I will be ready for the implant. Wendy and Dr Erbling took good care of me and were so patient . I feel blessed to have them for my dental care. Thank you so much girls.Norma

I decided to switch dentists because the one I had while very convenient location wise, made me feel like I was just one of a million clients they had. Linden Oaks on the other hand made me feel extremely welcomed and comfortable. The dental hygienist was incredibly warm and friendly and super accommodating. I almost felt like a routine teeth cleaning was more like a day at the spa.
They have TVs at each chair, they have an option for you to wear sunglasses that also play music of your choice if you want to zone out… the environment was very positive and upbeat and unlike unnamed other dental place, it seems like the employees love being there.
I’m genuinely looking forward to returning in 6 months for my next cleaning!

At Linden Oaks Dental I received amazing care from Dr. Dvonch and his assistant Laura. I needed some sedation for a procedure. I was super nervous. They put my mind at ease immediately and made me feel comfortable. I had some insurance issues at the last minute and Julia went through a lot of trouble, including phone calls with the insurance company advocating for me, to get things squared away so that I could keep the appointment. Dr. Dvonch was very flexible and was more concerned about my dental health than the insurance company. Truly the best experience I have ever had at the dentist. I highly recommend them.
