My struggle with dentists particularly in the Netherlands is always the dental cleaning procedure. In the past, many dental hygienists in Amsterdam (I went to three) have been extremely intense in cleaning to the point that really hurts and scares me a lot. Especially I can compare with other dental hygienists from multiple cities and countries in abroad. The culture here is too aggressive to teeth as far as I saw.

But here, I finally found the one. My usual dental hygienist at this practice is really nice. She practices gentle yet clean procedures and guides me to improve my daily routine. I don’t feel strange or pain with her.

Also, the dentist here is very kind and flexible. They accommodated my urgent schedule changes and still made my teeth good to go.

Last but not least, I also saw this practice is not always about business. They gave me guidance that works for my biological needs. When they knew they couldn’t help at this practice after checking, they suggested alternative solutions outside this practice. I find it very genuine.

It’s really nice this practice is working from a customer-centric point of view, and I really hope there are more places like that!

Amazing experience!! Very friendly calm and professional dentist! I highly recommend Loef because this is the next level of dental care. Detailed explanation of the state of the teeth, making future plans for improving all imperfections.
First of all I had an intake and then 3D and all various scans were done to see if there is any cavity or anything which could cause trouble in the future. Afterwards all pictures and scans were shown in special room and everything was discussed. The fact that there was time reserved specially for me and all my questions have made this an exclusive experience which I have never had before. Patience, listening to all my wishes and discussing different possibilities have made this an excellent experience. Who would ever thought that visiting a dentist can be transformed into such an interactive moment. Also the nice clean environment makes you feel like visiting beauty salon 🙂
