Have been corresponding with the front desk (Alison) multiple times. Each time she has seems very uninterested but I assumed it was maybe something to nothing. Again, I was emailing her and she was not helping at all when it came to booking an appointment or telling me days that were available. She was using exclamation points and came off very annoyed. Didn’t even bother to assist me further or anything. I STILL don’t have an appointment because she was impossible to coordinate with.

I’ll be seeing if my dentist can refer my daughter elsewhere.

The dentist were amazing. My child is very anxious about dental work and they were really great with him. But the people on the front desk were a bit unprofessional. Talking about customers negatively in front of customers is not the way to do it. I understand frustration but if your willing to talk about others in front of me what will you say when I’m not there. It just makes it uncomfortable.

I went to Dr Naseri for an ortho consult after being told Invisalign wouldn’t work for me by another provider. I was so nervous but Dr. Naseri and her staff were so friendly and accommodating. Dr. Naseri put my mind at ease and listened to my questions and came up with an invisalign treatment plan that would indeed work for me! I am super excited to begin treatment!
