Dr. James appears to be genuine however do not be fooled. He is very good at manipulating and uses predatory practices to ensure he meets his quotas. He will purposely botch jobs so you have to come in to fix multiple times. He will charge you and if you have insurance he will fraud and put different codes to bypass insurance policies. It is extremely disheartening that Dr. James and his Manager Alley work simultaneously with front staff to up-sale patients on commissioned equipment such as sleep retainers. He makes his money off of people that he perceives as weak. He will NEVER I mean NEVER take accountability as he is very narcissistic in his approach to situation that reflect poorly on his work. It’s obviou he does not have self-efficacy ! Do not go there you will suffer in the end both financially and physically.

I recently became a patient at the Londonderry Dental Choice, and from the moment I entered the door, everybody is so nice and welcoming. Megan, my dental hygienist is super nice, and tool the time to educate me about the importance of flossing, and overall oral health. She also encouraged me to ask questions if I do have some. I also love that Dr. James did an assessment including my possible TMJ, none of my old dentists bothered checking my clicking jaw/teeth grinding issue before and I’ve been to 2 different clinics in the past! I’m happy and satisfied and glad I chose to go there for my oral health needs!

Our dentist, Dr. James, is an excellent dentist. Megan, our dental hygienist, she is also great. Let’s face it, going to the dentist can be a stressful, and even a scary experience for some people. Dr. James, and Megan make it much easier to go to the dentist. They are really great at what they do, also they are kind, and understanding. All the staff that works here are very friendly. My husband and I are very happy we found them.
