My first visit in July went okay. The only issue was that the hygienist polished and applied fluoride before my first check-up. I heard dentist saying that this should’ve done after her check-up. It sounds that the hygienist was a bit unprofessional but it didn’t bother me not so much. I still scheduled for my second visit.

Before my second visit in Nov, I gave my partner’s insurance info over the phone as that is my secondary insurance . After my cleaning was done, they still charged me, so I told the receptionist that I already gave the secondary insurance info, so I shouldn’t be charged. she insisted that they’ve never got it until I gave her the card and asked her to check. It turned out that they received the info but didn’t link it to my account when they got it. If I were her, I would ask the info or card to double check before the client requested.

The receptionist didn’t apologize their mistake, and just asked if I wanted to get a refund. I told her that I would submit a claim by myself because I felt so bad and didn’t want to deal with her. I decided not to come back as I didn’t expect this level of service from the clinic with almost “5 star ratings” I can’t trust their admin process anymore, and felt unwelcomed by receptionist every time I visit (No eye contact, no greeting).

Gentle, informative, friendly and kind. They have been my favourite dentists ever. I’m so grateful. My little boy had his first ever tooth clean, they have a treasure box – he did great. It was a great success! So grateful for their brilliant team. The receptionist is also really friendly and helpful. She goes the extra mile helping with managing expectations financially and experience wise, allowing for no surprises and making the experience so much better than any other dental. I genuinely really like all their team Members. There are no favorites, they’re all great. They have been excellent at every stage of their services. Thank you!!!
