I’ve been going regularly to Lonsdale Quay Dental Center for over 26 years. I’ve always had exemplary work done by Dr. Ross Fraser and his crew. He’s never tried to sell me on treatments I don’t need but recommends with detailed explanations the procedures which I might. The hygienists there follow the same creed and are efficient and pleasant. The front administration treats me like family and direct communication with them is easy and approachable. I always look forward to sharing a few laughs with Ashley. I’ve been putting off for a while replacing a couple of old silver fillings with white ones. Dr. Jade Fraser did them for me. This was my first experience with her. She was as professional, skilled and personal as her Dad. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll gladly see Ross again, but now I have a choice that I know I’ll get equal care with. I always feel comfortable visiting Lonsdale Quay Dental clinic and I feel very satisfied leaving. I’m glad that this family run business will continue offering their services for a long time. We’re lucky to have this team!

Lovely experience as always. Have been going to this office for nearly 4 decades. It is fantastic the office is staying in the family. Over the decades they have always been on the cutting edge of technology and innovation move to ever more efficient and less painful/uncomfortable processes. Always friendly orientated. The few times I have needed something urgently I was always accomodated same or next day.

Great experience from A to Z, reception team is pro and friendly and Dr Fraser and his assistants did a great job, no more pain, no more cavities! I tried other dentists on the North Shore before, here you are a patient before being a customer, they care about your tooth health and don t push to sell options. I trust them and will be back for tooth cleaning!
