There’s no doubt Love My Smile Dental provides quality dental service. All the dentists and hygienists are very friendly and detail oriented.
Recently we went back for the scheduled teeth cleaning. The office admin has sent the estimate to the insurance company confirming the 100% coverage. However, when paying we’ve noticed the bill is higher than the claimed total to insurance. We asked why that’s the case. The two receptionists talked amongst themselves and could not figure out why. They then went to the back and a few minutes later they came back telling us the clinic has decided to charge 5% extra on top of the insurance claimed total starting Feb 1 2024.
The 5% extra is not a big deal but it should be transparent from the beginning. Suggest to not tell customers they are 100% covered but they still have to pay out of pocket.
For those care to read Google reviews: be aware of the 5% surcharge even if the admin tells you it’s 100% covered.

I had the best experience here. This is my first time going to a dentist in vancouver and I am happy that I choose the best for me. The staff were too good right from the receptionist and very very helpful. They have explained me everything in detail and the procedure was so smooth. I definitely recommend to everyone.
