I wish I could give more than 5 stars! This has been my dental office since I was a kid. My entire family still goes here. I recently had a dental emergency and Colleen fit me in for an exam within a couple of hours. 2 days later and my tooth is fixed! You can tell that everyone in the office genuinely cares about the patients. They go above and beyond. I struggle with anxiety and the team has been nothing but understanding, patient, and reassuring. Additionally I was struggling to get my new insurance plan figured out and they were super helpful with that! They will also be proactive in following up regularly, which is really helpful for someone like me (I promise to be more consistent, I did book my cleaning! Haha). I’m super appreciative of everyone here, thanks again!!

My experience has always been good at Dr. Malfair’s office even though going to the dentist is not my favourite thing to do. I’m always provided with good care and the staff are very prompt and efficient. All the staff are kind, friendly, and professional including the front desk personnel, hygienists, assistants, and Dr. Malfair himself! My teeth are in great shape thanks to their work!!

I have had the same dentist back home for years, and when I moved to Kelowna, I was nervous finding a dentist who I felt as comfortable with and did as thorough of a job as my dentist back home. After my first appointment here, I was relieved…they are just amazing…and not just Dr. Malfair, but the whole crew! Bonus: it doesn’t take months to get an appointment!
