Absolute worst place, period. I do not recommend this place for children at all, and I am canceling all future appointments. Took my 18 month old and wait 50+ minutes to be seen only to be sent back to the waiting room to wait more. Next up, my 18 year old. She has been here THREE time in the last two weeks. She went in and needed to fillings, no biggie. A week goes by because they have no availability, and she’s in immense pain. Finally, she is seen just to tap tap tap on some blue paper and never sees an actual dentist. Here we are a week later and after pitching a fit, they fit her in o ly to find that the fillings needed to be redone. It’s now 6:45 on a Friday night with no dentist, and shooting, throbbing pain. The so-called “Emergency line” is a joke. Been waiting nearly an hour with no return phone call. At this point, she’ll need a root canal. Not sure what was missed here, but for it to be missed 3x over a two week period is very unprofessional. I have two other kids and myself scheduled, and you just lost my business and a whole lot of bad press. Shame on you, Lovett Dental in Beaumont.

I was very nervous about switching to this place as my new dentist office. This is only because change makes me nervous in general. Upon arrival I realized I had nothing to worry about.the lady at the front desk was very nice. I saw a patient in the waiting area was a classmate of mine and she spoke highly of this location. The young lady that did my x-ray was very kind also. The young lady that did my cleaning was extremely nice and she honestly made my visit awesome, her name is Kayla and I’m so thankful that I was put with her! She definitely put me at ease, although she may not have known I was nervous! She was super kind and sweet and kept me laughing! The doctor was also very kind! I highly recommend this location. I love the staff here and I hope they continue to keep kind and exceptional staff members like the ones whom I dealt with today.

The clueless ladies in the reception had no idea that their clinic is an in-network provider of my insurance and did not bother to find out. They were more interested on chit chatting among themselves than taking care of the patients. As explained in other reviews, the dental professional staff is top notch. Upper management should take a look to the training or get better staff in the front desk that won’t discourage new patients to use their services by saying that their insurance does not cover preventive care when it does.
