I was in a contract for two years, and my appointments were being canceled a lot. I saw so many different dentists that I lost count. They will make you pay $10 per visit, I wasn’t being seen monthly but was being billed monthly and they will tell you call if you have any problems but when you do you can’t get an appointment. I’m now 4 months out of my contract, and my teeth aren’t complete. They want me to pay for monthly visits now, knowing I haven’t been adjusted since October due to them canceling my appointments. Plus, it’s $700 for retainers. Don’t waste your time or money. Go elsewhere, I did my part and got an incomplete job and now have to go to a different ortho to finish the job.

Update its June and I still haven’t received my over payment. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but I wouldn’t want someone else to go through this. I have been calling and calling and keep getting told the samething “it’s processing”. Everything about this location is unprofessional, you will get canceled and billed. They will offer to take off the fee for fluoride when doing a cleaning if you put a good review, You will pay for so many visits per contract but will get canceled for alot of them and then asked to pay monthly after contract over. I’ve seen so many different dentists within thoese two years. If you look on the bbb website there’s so many complaints I just wish I would have looked before choosing lovett dentist

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been going to this place for over 10 years and have recommended it many times over these years. Nothing but great service until 2 years ago when my oldest child got braces. The women running the ortho for the braces are horrible! Very rude, always has a tone, likes to argue, have to provide insurance card every time we come since they never seem to have it on file, and the worst customer service I have ever seen. We will NEVER return to this place. I will find every single platform and write reviews about our experience because I am just shocked at the service we have received from the front desk. Always canceling appointments, rescheduling, scheduling an appointment and then say it wasn’t actually scheduled, appointments were around 5-6 weeks apart instead of 4 weeks, and you wait forever to be seen. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I sure wish I would have. Would have saved me several headaches and lots of money!

I didn’t know what to expect since I hadn’t seen a dentist in many years. I was beyond nervous that I was experiencing tooth pain and jaw soreness so I decided it was time to see one. My excruciating tooth pain began Saturday. That same day I walked in and was seen the same day! I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Kristina at the front desk made me feel extremely welcomed, as did the dental assistant when I was called back. The dentist who treated my tooth pain is literally heaven sent for relieving my tooth pain on the same day. I am beyond grateful for the entire staff, for them being able to see me on the same day and making me feel extremely comfortable thru the entire process. I have definitely found my forever dentist office y’all are AWESOME. They are the best in Pasadena. Dr. Hoffman is AMAZING!
