I’ve come in for a consultation, cleaning, and (what will be 2 sets of) fillings in the past 2 months and can confidently recommend! In scheduling and when I needed more information about my insurance, I was so warmly welcomed each time. Nicole who did my cleaning and Dr. Shah who did my fillings are very personable, professional, and transparent, and I very much appreciated the extra steps they took to make me feel comfortable. I loved the vibrating massage of the chair during my cleaning that took my mind off everything! Thanks to the whole team.
Dr Jack seems great. I am a new patient, so jury’s still out, but so far so good. The front of office was well-organized and scheduling was very easy. The techs were great (and gentle). But the dental hygienist (unfortunately I don’t remember her name) was the highlight. She gave me lots of great advice about taking care of my teeth at home, and made me feel very comfortable – not how I usually feel at a dentist visit. Highly recommended.
Great first experience with this dental office. Receptionist Ashley was pleasant and helped me with the standard forms. Nicole, the dental hygienist, took her time, explained everything in great detail and offered tips to improve my dental health. Finally, Dr Manikowski gave me a thorough exam and spent at least 20 minutes with me asking a number of dental questions. Overall, a great, non-rushed, very thorough experience.
