Reviews:
I would give 5 stars if I was referring to the receptionists and the American hygienist. The preventative oral health care in Australia is terrible and these “oral health specialists” and dentists doing hygiene services are no exception. I blame it on the education system but in this scenario the one dentist got offended during my hygiene appt and was extremely rude because I knew more than she did. SHE DIDN’T EVEN REMOVE ALL THE CALCULUS or go beneath the gum line. That’s the whole point of a hygiene appt, so you don’t have to go to the dentist.
Anyways, I haven’t experienced their restorative dentistry so I can’t speak on that but for their hygiene the only one I would recommend is the sweet heart American hygienist, who apparently you need a referral too. AS IF SHE IS A SPECIALIST..I’ll end this rant but if you value or know anything about oral health and preventative dentistry, google my father Dr. Peter Taylor in Canada. I’m not speaking out of ignorance.

Dr Celeste was amazing with my 13 year old daughter when she had to have 3 teeth removed ready for braces. She was so patient with her and gave her breaks whenever she needed and even suggested making another appointment if she wanted. My daughter struggles with blood and needles so they had to work around a few little extra breaks but my daughter agreed that she was an amazing dentist and that Dr Celeste made her feel very comfortable. Thank you Dr Celeste!
I took my 8 and 13 year old children to see Dr Sam. She very thoroughly explains exactly what she is doing as she works, which I’m sure helped the children to feel comfortable and relaxed as they had cavities filled. All the staff were courteous and helpful and we were also pleased that the appointment began right on the scheduled time.
