I’ve been coming to Dr. Lu for over 2 years now and all the staff have always been so kind, accommodating, respectful, and friendly. Every visit I’ve had has been professional and the services are always provided in a timely manner. I just wanted to highlight the dental hygienist that has taken care of me the last couple times, Ada. She is amazing at her job, not only can I tell that she knows exactly what she’s doing but she goes above and beyond in providing care. She is such a joy to have and is not only trying to care for patients on the physical level but she takes the time to create therapeutic relationships and get to know her patients. Her attitude is always super friendly and outgoing. Kudos to the all the staff and Dr. Lu and Dr. Sheyda, every visit is always a pleasure, my teeth are very well taken care of here!

Avoid extracting your widsom teeth with Dr.Norsen

It was a horrible experience. I was told to book a 60-min appointment to extract 2 bottom widsom teeth. Dr.Norsen told me it shouldn’t be hard to extract from what she saw from xray. But I ended up keeping my mouth open for 90 mins and having trouble with getting even the 1st tooth out.

After extraction, my mouth was full of cancer sores and my throat was hurt too. I can’t swallow for the a few days. It was hard for me to eat and drink anything for the first week and I lost 5 lbs for that.

It was an unpleasant experience. I cannot see the profession and the carefulness from Dr.Norsen. My teeth are not impacted widsom teeth, which shouldn’t be that hard. As a qualified dentist, you should foresee the difficulty level and refer patients to specialist if you cannot do it.

I gotta give a huge shoutout to Dr. Lu! Three years back, I hit her up for the first time ’cause my gums were acting up big time. She did a super pro check-up, gave me some solid advice, and mapped out a plan to tackle my mouth issues step by step. In these past three years, I’ve had two deep cleanings, two regular cleanings, and just got 10 fillings done as of yesterday. Following her tips, I’ve got my oral back on track – flossing and brushing every day. Now, my gum disease is history. Dr. Lu is not only a total pro but also super caring about how you’re feeling, and communication with her is smooth as butter. From now on, she’s my go-to for teeth stuff!
