Dr Crystal Chow was absolutely fantastic. She is the first and only dentist I have been to who makes me feel relaxed and like I am in good hands. I had to have 6 teeth removed and opted for the IV sedation, which is a very reasonably priced option for those who are anxious at the dentist! I have never been so calm during a dental procedure. Crystal checked often to make sure I wasnt in pain and ensure that I knew exactly what was happening. Before removal of my teeth she clearly explained all of my options and their pros/cons. 10/10 Recommend seeing her! Dr Allan Young however, I regret ever seeing. He made me feel so ashamed and embarrassed about my teeth, and was incredibly arrogant and rude. He had a poor attitude and seemed to think he was the greatest dentist in the world, even though he messed up 2 fillings, which I later had fixed elsewhere, but it caused major issues with my bite and the way I had to eat. Overall, Broadway Dental is a good place but Crystal is by far the best dental professional I have ever met.

Came here for a routine check up and am so glad that my dentist Grace picked up a fractured tooth and recommended treatment early to save tooth. I was promptly booked in for a crown, and have to say that the entire process was smooth, efficient and surprising painless, including the local anaesthetic injection. I’ve had really bad experiences with local anaesthetic previously but Grace made it comfortable and I barely felt it. The treatment process was well explained, the staff were reassuring and friendly, and the best thing was that I could return to normal eating 2 hours after the procedure, and by the next day had completely forgotten that I just had a fairly big treatment – testament to a job well done! Keep up the good work team!! 🙂 Will be coming back for future dental care.

The one star goes to the amazing receptionists, Dr Allan Young on the other hand receives none!

Worst dentist I have ever been too, no bed side manner, no compassion and did nothing but judge and make me feel terrible, if I wasn’t in so much pain I would have walked out!

I had a root canal and filling done, two months later I have had to have the molour he did a filling on extracted and now also awaiting to see a root canal specialist to try and save the tooth a root canal was done on ONLY two months after treatment.

Do not recommend!
