I was a massive dental phobic, to the point where I had to be sedated so have spent years only going to dentists when I really needed to. First time visiting Robin, following a recommendation from a fellow dental phobic, for a nasty molar extraction and he was just amazing, so sympathetic and patient. Can’t believe I had it without sedation – amazing aftercare and he’s restored my faith in dentists after some horrific experiences elsewhere in Manchester. I also have to mention Sue the dental hygienist (and her assistant) who got me into a hygienist chair for the first time ever (I’m 54). She was so patient, talked me through everything and has already got my teeth looking and feeling amazing after 3 intense sessions. I no longer have a massive fear of dentists and now have regular checkups at the wonderful surgery due to this brilliant team.

Robert Wang Dentist practice is top-notch when it comes to efficient and effective data use. From streamlined appointment scheduling to digital records management, they have embraced technology to optimize their operations. Beyond that, the level of patient care is truly outstanding. Every member of the staff is committed to providing excellent service and ensuring patient comfort. From the warm welcome at reception to the attentive chairside manner, they create a positive and calming environment. Dr. Wang himself is highly skilled, professional, and takes the time to explain procedures thoroughly. It’s a dental practice that truly excels in both technological innovation and patient-centric care.

Just back from my third appointment & treatment at Macclesfield Dental. I was really apprehensive about having a filling, as I had alot of dental work in my teenage years (braces/extractions and fillings). Those memories were of fairly painful and uncomfortable procedures.

I have to say Dr Paris Wong, was genuinely sensitive to my situation and really reassuring. Dr Wong, talked me through every step and took her time, checking in with me throughout. I have now had some positive experiences wirh a dentist which mean a great deal to me, as I can now finally go to a dentist without fear!
