Really good dentist and – I thought – very friendly. Until I told Emma I had visited another dentist for a price comparison on a new plate and was told, in no uncertain terms, that they have a long waiting list of people wanting to come to them and, because I had visited another dentist, neither my Husband nor I were welcome back. Was really shocked and disappointed.
I can’t rate Magnus dental practice highly enough. They really offer a first class service and they couldn’t be any more professional than they are. Emma and the team are very kind and nothing is too much trouble. Seeing a negative post on this site just proves to me that no matter what you do some people just complain.
