At first I was just absolutely SHOCKED at the overall star rating at this horrible place, because last year I couldn’t BELEIVE all the negative reviews and how I ever chose this place,but then I just noticed that they DELETE negative reviews! Which actually makes total sense considering the staff at this place. How the dentists are rude to their own new assistants, how they whisper about your dental care and question each other and then wonder why, I , the PATIENT PAYING THEM wants to know why exactly they won’t put crowns on my root canals for 2 weeks even though I don’t have other teeth than those teeth. I guess the fact that I told them at multiple appts that I keep choking and am losing sooo much weight since I can’t eat is no big deal. Then when you get mad at them for not knowing what they’re doing, or why every time I go there in slight pain or none to take care of teeth that need taken care of when the novicaine wears off I’m in more pain from a different tooth. EVERYTIME! I have been to MANY dentists I have NEVER been to one this bad. I wouldn’t go here unless you love to be in pain. Side note- when you scream crying because they triple booked you late in the day and you can tell their in such a rush to leave their shift (hence the no crowning) they LAUGH. I’m glad I filmed my entire appt. Maybe my review will stay this time? I’ll take a screen shot

This was my first time coming to this dental office. From the receptionist to the dentist. The dental assistant Christina was so nice. She explained everything that was going to be done and was there through the whole thing then after everything was done she helped me and clean my face up. That was so nice of her. She was also so informative as to my next visit and what was going to happen. Thank you so much. The dentist was also so nice and gentle. Not like the other place I went to. Overall it was such a nice experience.

It has been suggested to me to try this office for my mentally challenged 48 year old son for dental work. I could not be happier that I chose Malden Family Dental. The Dentist explained in detail everything that was needed to proceed, with a friendly and educated explanation. He took special time to explain the answers to my concerns. I was very happy, as was my son with this experience and we are looking forward to returning.
