Highly recommend Mango Hill Dental. The staff were lovely and answered all my questions when booking in. A huge thank you to Elizabeth who was phenomenal with everything, she completely understood my worries and was very reassuring and understanding. The clean and scale she did was thorough yet painless. Dr George was also very gentle and kind. Really can’t thank you enough! After a bad experience elsewhere, I am now looking forward to coming back in 6 months.
Just rang them as a filling I had done only 4months ago has a few minor cracks appeared a few weeks back and was told basically tough luck and I would have to pay for the cost of another filling ($337) . I have one other filling and it has last over 2+ years this filling lasted 4months and they are not keen to do anything about it. Woman on reception was blunt and not very helpful at all. Will not be recommending or returning. Bad service
I went in and specifically asked for a metal band to be removed from my tooth. $350 later and the band was not removed, nor was the missing glue repaired. Also, apparently a vaguely worded sentence about cleaning while we are here, and a grunt response because their fingers were still in my mouth is sufficient consent for an additional cleaning service for an unspecified extra fee.
