Reviews:
The receptionist is fine…friendly and does her best under the circumstances. The Dentist…Lori Wilson has no bedside manner…she has no fks to give when a patient is in excruciating pain…and told me that I was making a bad impression when I should be grateful. She didn’t like my tone (I was in so much pain) and when I suggested a particular antibiotic she yelled at me for daring to come into her office and tell her how to conduct her business. I get where she is coming from…so I accepted a later appointment for an extraction…and went to the hospital for antibiotics and pain meds…things settled down with the pain…so on extraction day I brought nice gifts for her and the staff…but they wouldn’t accept apple pay or a check and wanted me to go to the bank and withdraw cash…I took my gifts back and made an appointment elsewhere. Maybe I could have been nicer…but under the circumstances…I don’t feel like I was wrong. PS…this is all after my first appointment with Dr Wilson had been cancelled because she called out that day…so…three weeks of constant pain so far…and another trip to the hospital for antibiotics and pain meds…and another six day wait for my new dentist.
