Mark and his team of dentists are super friendly, and professional. Been going since I was a kid. Never had any issues. However, the person sitting at the front desk has been quite rude and unprofessional. Her tone is off and comes off as irritated. It has not changed my view of this place whatsoever, but it may for others. I will always continue to come and think positively of the business.
The Dentist was great very kind and helpful and understanding, horrible experience with my hygienist, very inconsiderate of other health and anxiety issues surrounding dental work, criticized me for asking for Vaseline for my lips (I’m on accutane!!) Would love to keep going back but would not like to see that hygienist again.
I have been seeing Dr Hanselman for several years, and think very highly of him. He is skilled, careful, and respectful of his patients–and, from what I have seen, of his employees too. His mind is on his work and he explains things well. He is a good listener who cares about his patients. What’s not to like?
