I’ve been coming to this practice for a couple years now and my experience has always been great with the doctors and my hygienist, Katrina. Except for my most recent visit this week. My appointment was at 11 and I was running a bit late but within the grace period. I walked in and apologized and the receptionist checked me in. I noticed she was really busy on the phone and communicating with other staffs. However, I am not uncertain if she really checked me in for my appointment because I was literally sitting there for 45 mins. before I walked up and asked how much longer the wait was. She was really confused and asked if anyone came out to greet me and I said no. I was left waiting for 45 minutes without any updates or directions.

The lack of communication was particularly frustrating. I understand that delays can happen, but patients should be informed about wait times and any reasons for delays. This basic courtesy was missing, and it made the wait even more stressful. The unprofessionalism of the staff and the long wait without explanation left a negative impression. She then proceed to inform me that I would need to reschedule my appointment and would call me without taking my info. I never got a call back and will look for another place that respects my time.

Dr. Milici is absolutely amazing! Over the years, I’ve been to countless professionals to help with my very severe dental problems, but she is the only one who is a true artist with her work. On top of that, she is passionate, knowledgeable & extremely skilled. Not only did she fix many, many dental/jaw issues, she went above & beyond to make me feel comfortable to go back into the dentist again, after a few extremely traumatic experiences I had at other places. When I first arrived at her office, I was trembling & in tears. I have PTSD & other offices I had been to made things much worse. Dr. Milici & her wonderful staff offered me the support & care I so desperately needed. I’m no longer afraid to go into appointments thanks to all of the support & amazing care they offered throughout this lengthy process. She is caring & genuinely the best at what she does. She helped me save teeth that I thought I’d need to have removed, she recreated my smile & also fixed my jawline on both sides. I can finally eat without problems as well. I’m no longer embarrassed to smile, I actually love smiling again! I’m so grateful for all of the time & effort Dr. Milici & her staff put in to help get me where I am today 🙂
Absolute scam! Beware. I went in for a normal cleaning and they didn’t explain to me that they were charging extra and billing me for a “descaling”. They said it was because my plaque build up was so bad? This makes absolutely no sense as I’ve never had this happen at any other dentist. It’s not even that it took her extra time. She only used the allotted amount of time and did half of my mouth. Said I had to come back a month later to finish the job. First visit cost 110. This time for the same thing they were charging over 300? It was literally just a teeth cleaning. They can call it whatever they want and bill for an imaginary service they made up in their heads but it was the same teeth cleaning I’ve received everywhere else that insurance covers, but they call it “descaling” so that they can charge more. Seriously beware and trust your gut. Something felt sketchy the first time I went there but I went back because the hygienist seemed so confident and convinced me this was all normal and necessary. It’s not. It was an expensive lesson learned.
