This is my assigned dental office through my insurance. First of all, when I called to schedule an appointment, I was laughed at (?) and told I had to wait 2+ months because “all the doctors were on vacation”. I said fine because it’s been very difficult for me to get assigned to a different office. No call or text reminder about the appointment, but I did save it in my calendar the day I made it. Saturdays are by appointment only apparently, but I did have one. I get here on the day/time of my appointment and the office is closed…I have NEVER experienced this level of confusion and unprofessionalism by an office, ever.

Always a great experience at this office, never an issue. Even if there was an issue the staff there, especially Michelle, would be more than grateful to help. If people have a fear of the dentist they should go to Matawan Old Bridge Dental and let all their fears slip away and have a pleasant dental experience.

Two months ago I had my first visit to Matawan Old Bridge Dental. With Dr. Sonia Mathew. As a patient I received the best care provided by the team. I fully recommend and appreciate the attention that has been given to me. My Dental health is in the best hands now.
