Worst experience I ever had at a dentist. I was only there for a cleaning. I said 3 times to the hygienist that I wanted the cleaning covered by my insurance. He said it will be covered 3X. The front desk person came in and said that they do not know what the insurance would pay until they submit it. After 90 minutes in the chair and my hygienist saying it would be covered, I signed the form.
When I went to check out they asked me for $222 and submitted $270 to my insurance which goes against my $1500/year total.
I said it was supposed to be covered and she pulled my insurance information (the information she said she didn’t have) and said they would only cover 50 %.
They just said “you signed the paper ”
Needless to say I asked for my medical records.

I have to admit he was able to extract the wisdom tooth, thankfully. So that’s a good thing and at least worth one a one star rating.

However, I was completely surprised when he stopped bc I yelp from pain. Said he couldn’t perform the extraction If he thought he was hurting me…HELLO. Yes it hurt! So what??!! I wasn’t there to make you feel like you were tickling me…Geez So after promising not to yelp anymore, he shot me up with more novocaine which did trick. Ya think?

I wouldn’t recommend him, at all. Had I not moved from south Florida, I’d still be seeing my prior dentist …who had a backbone AND lots of compassion. Lousy experience!!

Dr. Miller cares for his patients and what’s best for them. Exceptional dentist.
