1. Forced me to swap insurances to even continue going to their practice.
2. x-rayed my teeth and told me my oral surgeon skipped 2 wisdom teeth forcing me to go and get them re x-rayed at my oral surgeons practice just to find out, no all of them were correctly removed by him who also let me see the x-ray unlike mccue.
3. lied about verifying an appointment and said they called multiple times and in a day and age where phone call logs exist. told me since i didnt do their job and called to verify that I had to reschedule a year out for a cleaning.

Do yourself a favor and find any other place in the area that takes your insurance since they will constantly remind you they take half the north country in and don’t have time for you. sad this place used to be good but the staff are too scatterbrained, rude and unprofessional to do simple reception/phone work. also having the inability to read an x-ray makes me nervous how much else in my time with them they missed or done wrong.

On a side note the dogs in the office are nice but when my mouth is wide open sucking in hair I get a little grossed out and i love dogs. atleast clean up the dog pee, hair and dirt all over the rooms before putting patients in there.

new patient appointment- drove 1.5 hours since my insurance accepts them and my son needs dental work requiring surgery. Waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, the dentist looked at my sons teeth only, nothing else done. Told me my sons dental decay was because his tongue is tied and wanted me to clip it while he was under for his dental and i said no i would discuss with his pediatrician. Then i was asked again why i wouldn’t do it. I received a bill of $180 for him to look in my kids mouth that’s it. Was told my insurance isn’t covering that charge…so bill it differently then? I was also asked to call my insurance to figure out if they cover the surgery. That’s not my job that is theirs. The lady is very nice though and so is the front desk staff and dental hygienist or assistant. I am looking elsewhere now and paying out of pocket

I had a good overall experience last time I was here. However, received a call this week saying that my appointment that I booked for July 3rd needs to be rescheduled because they were not going to be open. I understand that it’s right around a holiday but when I made the appointment maybe they should have been more forward planning for that. Also, when the office called to reschedule she was like we can do tomorrow at 230pm. Like I can’t just can’t take leave like that at work. Then she was like well we are booked out till January. You changed your hours, you should be more accommodating. Thankfully, we found something in September but I’m not impressed with scheduling here.
